Dave is the CTO of Toposware, a consensusless, trustless interoperability protocol establishing a transforming infrastructure standard for Web3. In his role, Dave spearheads the development of new technology solutions and the advanced software necessary to achieve Toposware's vision of improving the blockchain ecosystem. With over 25 years of industry experience spanning engineering, digital products, and information security, Dave previously served in leadership positions at computer and network security firm TruU and pharmaceutical manufacturer Merck. Dave is an alumnus of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Stevens Institute of Technology, and INSEAD.
